Community Awareness Grant

 

The HADDS Foundation offers a Community Awareness Grant to promote the understanding, acceptance and celebration of our rare community. We recognize the time and financial commitment it takes to host an event within your local community; therefore, the Foundation has made a commitment to provide eight individual grants per year of up to $ 500 USD each.

Application Process:

  • Submit an application online (incomplete applications will be returned and not reviewed).

  • Applications are processed and reviewed by the EBF3 HADDS Foundation Board of Directors on a monthly basis.  

  • Applicants will be notified via email of the board’s decision.

  • Approvals are valid for 6 months, unless an extension is requested. 

  • Grants are provided on a first-come, first serve basis.

 

Please Note: Approval is not guaranteed and the Board reserves the right to require additional documentation. 

 

Requirements: 

  • You must submit an event agenda that includes location, date, number of attendees, list of vendors, and total anticipated cost.

  • Payments are made directly to the vendor(s) or on a reimbursement basis with valid receipts.

 

 

Please note: An applicant can only submit one application per year.
